Homely Catania is a stylish and functional accommodation located in the heart of Catania, right on Via Monserrato in the Borgo district. The independent entrance leads into a refined building from the early 1900s, which has been meticulously renovated in 2024, blending contemporary style with historical details such as vaulted ceilings and the baroque elements of the façade.
The completely revamped spaces are designed to provide comfort and practicality, whether for leisure, study, or work. The living area features a Smart TV, a cozy sofa bed, and a spacious desk that is perfect for working in peace, along with ultra-fast WiFi and included pay TV. The discreet and well-organized kitchenette is equipped with an induction cooktop, a mini fridge, a microwave, a coffee machine, and everything needed for preparing simple meals independently.
The quiet and intimate sleeping area includes a king-size bed that ensures a restful night, while the modern bathroom, complete with a shower, hairdryer, towel set, and essential toiletries, adds to the convenience. Davide has been involved in hospitality in Catania since 2008. His journey began in the hotel industry and has been strengthened over the years through education, hands-on experience, and an in-depth understanding of the local area. After working at a prominent accommodation in the Etna region and furthering his studies in tourism and hotel management, which included an experience in London, he decided to focus on personally managed properties, aiming to provide authentic and attentive hospitality.
Together with his wife, he passionately oversees every detail, believing that hosting goes beyond merely providing a space; it involves guiding newcomers in exploring the city, ensuring their stay is easy and comfortable, and transforming a house into a home, even if just for a few days.

Every decision, from the renovation of the spaces to the services offered, stems from a desire to create functional, welcoming, and meticulously detailed environments designed for an optimal experience.
